Our Service is fully Automated and we use the infrastructure of a Licensed
Telecoms Operator ensuring some of the best rates in the UK.
How much do I pay exactly?
You pay the HOTDIAL rate and nothing more. VAT is included in the rates we show and Call rates
are announced before each connection. Your telecom provider may charge a connection fee.

Do I pay any subscription or registration fees?
No.
Can I use HOTDIAL from my mobile?
Yes. But please check the rate for 08- and 09-numbers with your Mobile Operator.
How do I receive the phone bill?
You do not receive a bill from HOTDIAL. You will find your HOTDIAL charges on your usual phone bill (land line or mobile).
Am I billed per minute or per second?
Per second.
Can I use HOTDIALfrom a Pay-Phone?
Yes, but there may be a surcharge, check the Pay-Phone provider.
Can I use HOTDIAL while being with a telephone company other than BT?
Yes.
Is it possible that 08 or 09 numbers are blocked?
Not Normally. Our 08 and 09 numbers should be accessible from all lines
and through each provider, please contact your provider in case 08 and 09 numbers are blocked.
How do I know about the latest rates and destination updates?
Call rates are announced before each connection, this way you are always in
total control of your costs. Furthermore, you can subscribe
to our News Letter and we will inform you of any changes to our Rates.
Will my called party be charged by HOTDIAL?
No, HOTDIAL does never charge the called party.
I was connected to a wrong destination (wrong country).
You must have forgotten the international prefix. E.g.: for London 0044-207 XYX XYXY
How can I inform HOTDIALabout a fault?
First, you have to make sure that you have dialled the correct
number and you did not forget the country code. Furthermore,
make sure that your telecom provider does not block 08- and 09-numbers
and that its network is not overloaded. If you still have a problem
